This update identifies the current operator and contact. It does not retrospectively change an earlier consent record or the terms recorded for an existing registration or order. It does not create a new newsletter consent.
Eligibility and registration
This campaign is for adults aged 18 or older. Choose one campaign product and confirm your email address. Registration is free, does not place an order and does not require payment. One product and one unit are available per confirmed email address. Optional newsletter consent is separate and is not required to participate. Registration closes when the countdown ends.
The campaign choices are Chun-Li Pool Day Wall Scroll, Lucy Cyberpunk Wall Scroll, Tohru Smelly Sock Wall Scroll, Anime Girls Special Edition Card Set, Luna Special Edition Playmat and Luna Special Edition Wall Scroll. Wall scrolls measure 60 × 90 cm. The card set is Black Core only. Playmat participants choose their layout when claiming their product, not when registering.
Launch and your personal link
The campaign is scheduled to open on October 1, 2026 at 11:00 PM New York time, EDT. We begin sending personal claim links after the countdown ends. Each link is valid for 14 days from its original issuance. Its email states the exact deadline. Resending an email does not extend the original deadline. Keep your personal link private.
Product and shipping price
Your selected campaign product costs USD 0. An order containing only your one selected campaign product has a USD 9.90 shipping charge, payable when you complete your order through your personal link. If you add ordinary store products, the normal store shipping rates apply, including free shipping when the order qualifies; the campaign product does not add an extra shipping charge. Each order may contain only one campaign product, with a quantity of one.
Every confirmed registration is eligible for its selected product when the shipping payment is completed before the personal deadline. Registration alone does not trigger production or shipment.
Delivery
Campaign delivery is available worldwide, including U.S. territories, APO/FPO military addresses and P.O. Boxes. After payment, allow 2–3 business days for production and processing, followed by an estimated 2–3 days for delivery within Germany or 1–2 weeks elsewhere.
If we cannot ship within the stated period, we will explain the delay and your cancellation and refund options. Where an unshipped order is cancelled and a refund is due, the refund includes the shipping payment. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Returns and support
Our Refund and Returns Policy applies, including its 14-day notification period and the further 14-day period for sending the return. The current return address is PokeCustoms GmbH, Forststraße 18, 73730 Esslingen am Neckar, Germany. The customer pays the direct return-postage costs where permitted by law and properly disclosed. The campaign product price paid is USD 0. Refunds of the original shipping charge follow the applicable withdrawal rules and our Refund and Returns Policy; this campaign does not exclude any refund required by law. These conditions do not limit mandatory rights, including remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect or undelivered goods.
Email preferences
We use your email to confirm registration and provide the campaign link you requested. Newsletters require your separate optional consent. You can use the email-preference link to stop campaign and newsletter emails, or contact info@ecchii.com. Choosing to stop campaign emails also cancels your unredeemed registration and invalidates any unused personal claim link. It does not cancel an order you have already placed. Necessary communications about existing orders are separate.

This campaign-specific information supplements our Privacy Policy, which identifies the controller and service providers and explains international processing, cookies and your rights.
Information and purposes
When you register, we process your email address, chosen campaign product, registration and confirmation timestamps, email-delivery and claim status, and records showing which notices and optional choices you confirmed. On the confirmation page, we record your affirmation that you are at least 18. We do not request your date of birth.
We use this information to provide the campaign you requested, prevent duplicate claims and misuse, deliver confirmation and launch messages, and manage any resulting order. The campaign uses essential session and security cookies and keyed anti-abuse identifiers. Hosting and email systems may maintain separate technical logs.
Optional newsletters and withdrawal
Newsletter consent is optional and separately confirmed. Declining it does not affect campaign eligibility. You can withdraw it using the email-preference link or by contacting info@ecchii.com. The same preference page lets you stop campaign emails. Registration does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated newsletters. At present, preferences are held in the protected campaign database and are not automatically exported to a separate newsletter service.
Retention
Unconfirmed registrations are scheduled for deletion after 14 days. Once campaign handling has ended, records without active newsletter consent are scheduled for cleanup after 30 days. The period runs from the latest applicable registration update, personal claim deadline and completed email activity. Cleanup does not run while an order reservation or email-delivery issue remains unresolved.
For completed orders, direct campaign contact data is removed while restricted order and audit references may be retained where needed for order handling, legal obligations or preventing duplicate claims. Order records are managed separately under our general Privacy Policy.
While optional newsletter consent remains active, the linked campaign record, including the selected product and consent information, remains stored until consent is withdrawn or an applicable erasure request is handled. Limited keyed suppression information may remain to honor email opt-outs and prevent duplicate campaign claims. It is not used to send marketing messages.
Providers and your rights
Campaign information is handled by Ecchii’s hosting and email providers as necessary to operate this service. If you later place an order, payment and fulfillment information is processed separately.
