Products are dispatched from Germany. We ship worldwide. Production and processing take 2–3 business days, followed by an estimated delivery time of 2–3 days within Germany or 1–2 weeks elsewhere after dispatch. Yes. Orders are packed securely and without explicit product artwork on the outside of the parcel.
We offer 14-day returns for all products. Notify us within 14 days after delivery and send the goods back within a further 14 days. Returns go to PokeCustoms GmbH in Esslingen am Neckar, Germany. You bear direct return-postage costs for a change-of-mind return. Statutory withdrawal rights and rights for faulty or incorrect goods remain unaffected.
