Privacy Policy
Effective date: 15 September 2026
1. Who is responsible for your information
Ecchii is operated by VISUALMIND DESIGNS LTDA, CNPJ 67.668.628/0001-30, Avenida Hercílio Luz, 639, Sala 1104, Cond. Alpha Centauri, Centro, Florianópolis, SC 88020-000, Brazil. We are responsible for the personal information we process in operating ecchii.com.
For privacy questions or requests, contact info@ecchii.com. Please identify the information or request concerned without sending passwords or full payment-card details.
2. Information handled through the store
- Orders and delivery: name, email address, billing and shipping details, telephone number where supplied, items and options ordered, order history, payment status, transaction references, and correspondence about the order.
- Accounts: account identifiers, login and profile information, saved addresses, order history, and favorites when you use those features.
- Support and product requests: the information you provide in messages or forms, such as your name, email address, order reference, requested product, and request details. A product request submitted while signed in can also be associated with your account. If an email address is available, the Request Center can send an update when a requested item is listed.
- Website use and security: information associated with your connection and browser, page visits and interactions, cookies or other browser-storage identifiers, and technical or security records generated when the site is used.
Information required to fulfill an order must be provided for us to process that order. Optional account or request features involve the additional information needed for those features. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information in free-text messages.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use order, payment, delivery, return, and related support information to perform our contract with you or take steps you request before an order. We rely on these contractual purposes for that processing. We use account and product-request information to provide the features you choose. Where records are required by law, we process them to meet the relevant legal obligation.
We also use technical and transaction information to operate and secure the store, prevent misuse, and investigate payment or order disputes. Analytics helps us understand how the website is used. Purchasing a product or accepting store terms is not consent to unrelated uses of your information.
The cookies and external services used for these functions, including how Google services load, are explained below. You can contact us with questions about a particular use of your information or to exercise your rights.
4. Service providers and other recipients
- Store hosting and operation: the store runs on WordPress and WooCommerce and uses Hostinger hosting. Hosting and technical-service providers may handle information needed to deliver, secure, and maintain the website.
- Payments: Stripe and PayPal are integrated into the store. Available methods are shown at checkout. Payment services receive the browser, order, billing, transaction, and other information needed to provide, process, and secure the payment features you use. The store receives payment status and related transaction records. Payment providers may also process information for their own legal and fraud-prevention purposes.
- Fulfillment and delivery: production partners and delivery providers receive the order and delivery details needed to prepare and deliver your items.
- Communications: email and technical providers handle messages needed for order support and requested service communications.
- Google services: the site includes Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and externally loaded Google Fonts, as explained below.
- Legal matters: relevant information may be provided to authorities or professional advisers where necessary to comply with a legal obligation or establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
More information about the named providers is available in the Hostinger Privacy Policy, Stripe Privacy Policy, PayPal Privacy Statement, and Google Privacy Policy. Those notices do not replace our responsibility to explain our own processing.
5. Cookies, browser storage, and Google services
The store uses cookies and similar storage for functions such as the shopping cart, account sessions, security checks, and remembering an adult-content confirmation. Browser storage is also used by view-counting and analytics features.
- Cart and account functions: WordPress and WooCommerce use session or account-related cookies to support the features you use.
- Adult-content confirmation: the theme can remember the confirmation in a cookie configured for one year and in browser storage. Clearing browser storage can remove that remembered choice.
- Local analytics: when enabled, the store’s own analytics feature uses a browser-storage session identifier and records page and product interactions. The session period extends when you view another page within 30 minutes. Analytics records can be kept separately from that browser session.
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager: these tools load on ordinary store pages without first asking for cookie consent on this site. They can process browser, device, and interaction information. Google Tag Manager manages tracking tools, so the information processed also depends on the tools configured in that service.
- Google Fonts: fonts are requested from Google servers when used by the page, which involves a connection from your browser to Google.
Google services may collect information about your activity over time and across different websites or services, depending on the relevant services and settings. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
You can manage or remove cookies and site storage through your browser settings. Blocking storage or scripts can affect store functions. Clearing browser storage does not remove records already held by the store or its providers, and browser controls do not stop every server-side record.
6. Do Not Track and similar signals
When your browser sends the Do Not Track setting recognized by our local analytics script, that script does not send its analytics event. The setting does not currently block Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or all other third-party services across this site. It is therefore not a site-wide tracking opt-out.
7. International processing
The business is based in Brazil and currently delivers orders only to the United States. Information may be handled in Brazil and in countries where the hosting, payment, communications, analytics, and fulfillment providers operate. A shipping restriction is not a restriction on where personal information is processed.
To ask which recipients handle your information and which transfer safeguards apply, email info@ecchii.com. Simply using this website is not treated as consent to every international transfer.
8. Retention
Retention depends on the type of record, the service involved, and applicable obligations, including transaction records, accounting, disputes, and security. Order, account, and customer-request records are stored separately from temporary browser identifiers. An expiring cookie or session does not mean that the associated order or correspondence has been deleted.
Contact info@ecchii.com to ask about the records held about you, how long they are kept, or deletion. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or deal with an ongoing dispute. There is no single automatic deletion period that applies to every type of record.
9. Your privacy rights
Where Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD) applies, you may request confirmation of processing and access to your data; correction; information about sharing; and, where the legal conditions are met, anonymization, blocking, deletion, or portability. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent and ask about the consequences of not providing it. You may also challenge processing that does not comply with applicable law and seek review of decisions based solely on automated processing where the law provides that right.
Send requests to info@ecchii.com. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity and understand the request. Legal exceptions can affect the response. You can also raise a concern with Brazil’s Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD).
Depending on your location and which laws apply, you may have additional rights, such as access, correction, deletion, portability, or an opt-out from specified uses. Contact us to exercise an applicable right. This notice does not limit those rights.
10. Account details, children, and notice changes
You can update information made editable in your account. For other corrections or access requests, contact us. The store includes products and sections intended for adults. If you believe a child has provided personal information that should not have been collected, contact us so the issue can be addressed.
Updates to this notice will be published on this page with a revised effective date. We will provide additional notice or request consent where required by applicable law.
