Refund and Returns Policy

Withdrawal and Returns. Version: October 2, 2026.

The following instructions explain the consumer right of withdrawal for purchases of goods from PokeCustoms GmbH. Our additional all-product returns promise appears separately below and does not restrict statutory rights.

Withdrawal instructions

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us, PokeCustoms GmbH, Forststraße 18, 73730 Esslingen am Neckar, Germany, telephone +49 156 79812087, email info@ecchii.com, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, except the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back the goods or hand them over to PokeCustoms GmbH, Forststraße 18, 73730 Esslingen am Neckar, Germany, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Additional all-product returns promise

For all our products, we also offer the same 14-day change-of-mind withdrawal and return conditions set out above to customers outside the EU. Producing a standard catalogue design only after an order is placed does not remove this entitlement. We do not exclude a return simply because goods are made to order or printed on demand.

No return authorisation number, reason for withdrawal or use of our model form is required. Please include your order number if available so that we can identify your order. Unused original packaging is not a condition of statutory withdrawal. We do not charge a restocking fee. Any statutory right more favourable to you remains unaffected.

Our additional refund-processing promise

We retain our promise to issue a return refund to the original payment method within 7 business days after receiving the returned goods. Inspection will not extend that period. An earlier statutory repayment deadline or an obligation to reimburse upon evidence of return takes precedence. A refund required for a return or an unshipped order will not be replaced with store credit without your agreement.

Defective, damaged or incorrect goods

The change-of-mind rules are separate from your statutory rights where goods are defective, damaged or incorrect. Contact info@ecchii.com with the order number and a description of the problem. We bear the necessary costs of a statutory remedy, including necessary postage. Your statutory defect rights are not limited to the 14-day withdrawal period.

Existing contracts

This version applies to purchases from PokeCustoms GmbH governed by it. It does not retrospectively change the seller of an earlier contract or reduce rights arising under the terms applicable to that contract, including an earlier refund-processing promise.
